We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with our Product & Technology businesses.
The successful candidate will ensure that the GPT people strategy aligns with the strategic goals and supports the high-performance culture of ADP by developing and implementing programs to attract, reward, and retain top talent. Your focus will be on engagement, development, organizational effectiveness and making HR easy.
- · Proactively partners with the business and recommends HR strategic solutions to improve critical business outcomes.
- · Collaborates with business and the broader HR organization to ensure a unified approach.
- · Ensures a high level of organizational effectiveness through ongoing strength based associate development, organizational design, analysis and change management, talent assessments, leadership development and succession planning.
- · Manages and evaluates current HR processes and programs to ensure maximum service delivery.
- Main responsabilities:
- · Provide guidance to GPT leaders and development of strategies/recommendations to improve associate engagement, retention and support career development.
- · Leads and/or supports business transformation activities; planning, change management, communication, reporting, aligning stakeholders.
- · Contributes to and implements established HR strategy.
- · Facilitates the annual HR cycle related to performance and compensation
- · Works closely with HR Partners in Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development and Learning and the local HR teams.
- · Collate and Monitor and analyse key performance metrics and drive initiatives to improve results as required.
Excellent communications skills, flexing in style and messaging depending on the situation
Business Acumen, interest and quickness in understanding and dealing with a business situation in a manner that leads the best possible outcome.
Problem solving skills, experienced in finding solutions to difficult or complex issues.
Strategic Partnering. The HRBP in this role can contribute to the development of the business plan and objectives.
Cultural awareness. Understanding of the differences in culture and background and applies this knowledge in practice to the best outcome
University graduate in Human Resources or related disciplines.
Coaching qualification or experience desirable.
Extended experience as a HR practitioner in a multi-national organization with experience of working across different countries & cultures.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including consulting skills, presentation skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
Well-developed influencing skills and ability to manage effectively in a matrix organization
Strong research, creativity and analytical skills as they relate to program & process design/development
Fluent in English a& French
