What You Do

• Get hands-on with our cutting-edge digital platforms: Gain valuable insights into the technologies our sales teams and brokers use every day, and discover how we drive digital transformation through innovative solutions.
• Understand how we finance, manage, and grow projects: Learn how we fund and steer our projects, and how these processes contribute to the success of our digital initiatives.
• Experience agile teams in action: Get a behind-the-scenes look at how our agile teams work collaboratively on projects, adapting quickly and efficiently to changing requirements.
• Build practical project management skills: Get involved in real projects, learn the fundamentals of project management, and actively support our leadership team in driving key goals.
• Become part of a dynamic team and grow with us: Support our leaders in various areas and contribute to exciting projects – an amazing opportunity to develop your skills and gain valuable experience.
  
  

What You Bring

• You have already demonstrated your IT skills in IT internships.
• Basic knowledge of AI technology, principles, and their practical use
• Digital topics are your passion, and you enjoy thinking entrepreneurially.
• You like to take on responsibility and have the will to drive change.
• You have very good English language skills; German is a plus.
• You have sound knowledge in at least one database technology and one programming language.
• You have completed your studies in (business) informatics, mathematics, business administration (with a focus on IT), or a related field with good grades.
