About the role:

In this role, you will:
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects within the Telecom domain, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Provide expertise in risk management to identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Implement agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and communication.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet changing requirements and priorities.
- Facilitate Scrum meetings to ensure team alignment and address any impediments.

What you need to have to be considered:
- Bachelor´s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Master´s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on the Telecom domain.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects.
- Strong expertise in risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in project management.
