- Analyze and support the CRM programs related to both the airline and the loyalty program
- Build dashboards and automate processes for reporting on campaign results
- Use statistics to construct business insights to CRM & Marketing Business activities
- Analyze all current and future state CRM operations, data feeds and reports
- CRM data verification and database health activity and reporting
- Develop/ improve automated processes for reporting on campaign results
- Setup, monitor and analyze permanent/seasonal control group
- Identify the goals of direct client contact campaigns required to support the brand's business goals and objectives
- Support Customer Engagement team to develop and implement trigger-based communications
- Perform ad hoc analyses to support business areas and channel owners
- Monitor, report, and present insight on CRM activities such as Newsletters, campaigns, product sales and pre - and post travel communication
- Monitor, report, and present insight on AB testing & Personalization CRM activities
- Monitor, report, and present insight on Ancillary sales from marketing activities
- Monitor, report and present insight on Customer segments and Customer Life Cycle
- KPI setting and traction of campaigns
- Ad hoc analysis based on business requests
- Build dashboards for CRM and Paid media activities
- Build queries to Database for data extraction
- Feed management
- Various Business areas across the company, including Airline Sales, Loyalty Program, Partners, Brand and Customer Care
- Stakeholders from Data Analytic, Master Data, IT and Finance departments
- Resources from brand, marketing communications, campaigning, ecommerce and digital development
Requisitos:
- Proactive, self-going and service minded individual
- Ability to learn to operate new tools
- Minimum Basic knowledge of statistical analysis
- Medium SQL knowledge
- Experience working with CRM/ CEP tools such as Oracle Responsys, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Braze, Airship or similar
- Experience building dashboards, Power BI, Tableau, Clarisights, Google Data Studio or similar
- Experience using data warehouses, AWS, Big Query, SAP or similar
- Experience using Google Analytics or similar web analysis tool for reporting and insights
- R and S/HANA no requirement but a plus
