The Role

We are looking for a New Developments Analyst to join our growing team in Spain.

In this key role, you will support the New Developments department in the analysis and evaluation of residential development opportunities, preparation of marketing and investment materials, and research of market trends to guide strategic decisions. Your understanding of capital markets will contribute to evaluating project feasibility, investment positioning, and funding strategies.

Your insights and analytical work will play a crucial role in helping developers, investors, and private clients identify and successfully execute high-value residential development projects.

Main Responsibilities

• Development Opportunity Analysis: Conduct detailed financial and feasibility analysis for new residential developments and project pipelines.
• Project Evaluation: Support investment and development decisions through project-level analysis, assessing profitability, absorption rates, pricing strategies, and value-add opportunities.
• Investment & Marketing Materials: Prepare high-quality project reports, pitch decks, and investment memoranda for developers, investors, and client marketing.
• Market Analysis: Research and interpret residential market trends, pricing dynamics, demand drivers, and supply pipeline to support development and commercialization strategies.
• Financial Modelling: Build and maintain financial models to evaluate project feasibility, development timelines, and investment performance.
• Reporting & Presentations: Develop clear, data-driven reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, developers, clients, and investors.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Capital Markets, Research, Brokerage, and Sales teams to deliver integrated development and investment insights.
• Requirements
• Education: University degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, Architecture, or Engineering.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling; experience with Power BI or similar tools is an advantage.
• Financial Knowledge: Solid understanding of development feasibility analysis, residential market dynamics, and basic capital markets concepts.
• Languages: Advanced level of English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Communication: Excellent ability to produce professional presentations and explain complex analyses clearly.
• Sector Interest: Genuine passion for residential real estate development and investment.
