The Role

• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and efficiency improvements.

• Develop and deploy BPA/RPA solutions using appropriate tools, leveraging AI-assisted development.

• Collaborate with Solution Architects, senior BPA developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions.

• Support the day-to-day operation of automations, troubleshooting issues and providing timely resolutions.

• Support business teams during testing activities (internal, end-to-end, and UAT).

• Create and maintain clear and accurate solution and process documentation.

What You'll Need

• Scripting or programming knowledge with Python.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

• Ability to converse and write effectively in English and Spanish.

• Strong understanding of business processes and operational workflows.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, including AI-assisted development tools.
