Role Description

This full-time, on-site Junior Account Manager role is located in Madrid. The Junior Account Manager will build and maintain relationships with clients, ensure customer satisfaction, assist in the development of client accounts, and support the implementation of Lexsoft’s business solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, performing account management duties, preparing reports, and collaborating with team members to deliver tailored solutions. The role also involves identifying opportunities for upselling and contributing to client retention strategies.

 

Qualifications

  • MANDATORY: Fluency in English is essential given the global scope of Lexsoft Systems.
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to manage accounts effectively.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities to address client needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency in business development practices and the ability to identify sales and upselling opportunities.
  • Familiarity with Document Management Systems and business solutions in the legal or technology sector is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site in Madrid and contribute to a dynamic, customer-centric team.
  • Educational background in Business Administration, Law, or a related field is preferred.
