Design and build robust, scalable batch and streaming data pipelines
Help shape our long-term data platform strategy and tooling
Ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our data products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business and analytics needs
Champion engineering best practices: clean code, testing, observability, peer reviews
Mentor and guide other engineers through technical leadership and knowledge sharing

We expect you to have 5+ years of experience in data engineering and at least 2 years in a senior role with technical leadership responsibility. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy solving complex challenges.

Key Skills:

Strong experience building data pipelines using Spark
Excellent programming skills in Scala or Java (Python is a plus)
Deep understanding of AWS Cloud services and infrastructure
Hands-on experience with streaming frameworks (e.g. Flink, Lambda)
Familiarity with data modeling, versioning, and orchestration tools
Track record of mentoring and influencing architecture

Nice to have:

Infrastructure as code and CI/CD experience
Focus on developer experience and platform scalability
Contributions to open-source or internal engineering communities
Experience with Databricks is a major advantage
