Responsibilities
- Administration of all functional HR processes along the employee lifecycle
- First-level support for all HR-related matters
- Caretaker responsibilities for our Spanish employees
- Office Culture and Feelgood management, including planning events (such as after-work events, office brunch, lunch, etc.)
- Support for various HR projects, including offsite planning and general team events
- Collaboration with the HR team in Munich
- Recruitment support, including posting job advertisements on various portals and researching new recruitment platforms
- Preparation of employment contracts, terminations, references, and other certificates (in cooperation with an external agency)
- Professional experience in HR administration and support
- Experience in recruitment is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Passion for creating a positive work environment
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
