Were looking for a Live Expert to join our international team in Barcelona!
In this role, youll engage directly with Dutch and English-speaking customers through live chat and video to provide support, guidance, and product expertise.
Your goal? To create a seamless and engaging customer experience that leaves every client satisfied and confident.
What Youll Do:
- Interact with customers via live chat, video, and email in Dutch and English.
- Provide detailed product information and personalized recommendations.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and ensure efficient problem resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and feedback for process improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver the best customer experience.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Friendly, confident, and empathetic approach to customer interaction.
- Strong technical understanding and ability to adapt quickly.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or technical support is a plus.
- Full-time, on-site position in Barcelona .
