🔎 Your Mission
Reporting to the Customer Experience & Channel Development Senior Manager EMEA, you will work closely with:
- Local Sales Leaders and Commercial Teams
- The Product Management, Customer Experience, and Global Marketing Operations Teams
You will also have a dotted-line leadership over the local Business Marketers in each EMEA country, guiding and coordinating their execution to ensure alignment and consistency across the region.
Your mission: define, develop, and execute smart, data-driven strategies to generate high-quality leads and accelerate business growth — both in direct and indirect markets.
🚀 What You’ll Do
Lead Generation & Channel Development
- Create and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies tailored to each EMEA market.
- Drive lead acquisition through multi-channel campaigns: inbound & outbound marketing, ABM, partnerships, SEM, social media, events, and promotions.
- Leverage CRM data to extract insights, perform analyses, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support indirect business growth through programs such as the Dealer Program — defining criteria, benefits, and performance metrics.
- Manage third-party agencies and suppliers to ensure flawless execution and continuous optimization based on KPIs (Conversion Rate, CPL, ROI, etc.).
Product Launch Excellence
- Make every product launch stand out with targeted communication materials, impactful go-to-market campaigns, and lead generation plans that enhance awareness and drive conversion.
- Partner with Product Management and local Business Marketers to ensure full alignment and execution quality.
Customer Engagement
- Design and execute customer engagement initiatives (webinars, events, digital campaigns) — before, during, and after the event.
- Bring creative ideas to boost customer interaction and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Monitor qualitative and quantitative results to measure impact and ROI.
💡 What You Bring
- Proven experience in B2B/B2C lead generation and innovative marketing strategies (digital, AI, automation, etc.)
- Strong CRM analytics and reporting skills (data extraction, segmentation, insight generation)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across cultures and stakeholders
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership abilities
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both required)
- Proficiency in at least one additional EMEA language is a strong plus
