Leadership with real impact: You will take full responsibility for the management of a B2B marketplace platform and the coordination of the team under your charge.
Strategic and operational vision: You will be accountable for ensuring the correct functioning of the platform, deploying the defined roadmap, and leading the monetization strategy.
Collaborative environment: You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, aligning expectations, objectives, and resources to ensure continuous value delivery.
🎯 What will be your role as B2B e-commerce Platform Manager?
- End-to-end management of the platform: ensuring operability, functional evolution, and service quality.
- Execution of the defined roadmap, including budget management (P&L) and monetization strategy.
- Definition and implementation of workflows, processes, and digital strategies to boost efficiency and growth.
- Design and implementation of the governance model, including the definition of the operational RACI.
- Coordination of internal and external stakeholders.
🔎 What are we looking for?
A senior profile with solid experience in the Retail sector and proven experience in the FMCG sector, capable of leading complex digital operations with strategic vision and results orientation.
🧩 Key knowledge areas:
- eCommerce & digital platforms: B2C/B2B, catalog management, funnels, customer journeys, CMS, personalization and optimization (CRO).
- Technology & digital architecture: composable environments, ERP/CRM/PIM integrations, APIs, performance, and scalability.
- Data & analytics: ability to interpret behavioral, sales, and performance data (GA4, Power BI, Data Studio).
- Digital marketing & monetization: acquisition, loyalty, omnichannel activation, and monetization models.
- Governance & operations: definition of workflows, RACI, roadmaps, OKRs, and team/stakeholder management.
- Business & profitability: P&L ownership, scaling operations, and alignment with business objectives.
📍 Work model: hybrid, based in Barcelona.
🌍 Language: high level of English (C1) is a must.
