La misión principal del puesto será añadir valor a la compañía asegurando el correcto cumplimiento de la normativa laboral, gestionando las relaciones laborales y reduciendo riesgos legales, al tiempo que acompaña el desarrollo profesional de las personas de las áreas asignadas e implementa los procesos de recursos humanos.
Dentro de sus funciones principales será el/la encargado/a de:
Funciones principales
- Realizar el seguimiento y la gestión de las relaciones laborales, ofreciendo asesoramiento experto a Directivos, managers y empleados/as en materia de legislación laboral, convenios colectivos, contratación, modificaciones de condiciones y extinciones.
- Redactar y revisar documentación laboral
- Analizar riesgos laborales‑jurídicos y proponer medidas para garantizar el cumplimiento de la legislación laboral vigente, políticas internas y convenios.
- Dar soporte en la resolución de incidencias laborales complejas, gestionando consultas internas y participando en la interlocución con asesorías externas cuando sea necesario.
- Supervisar y colaborar en la correcta aplicación y actualización de criterios laborales, procedimientos y prácticas internas.
- En coordinación con los roles expertos corporativos y la Dirección de RRHH, velar por la adecuada gestión de los procesos laborales y por la consistencia en la toma de decisiones que puedan tener impacto jurídico.
- Coordinar y participar en procesos de selección internos y externos, garantizando el encaje persona‑puesto y la adecuación contractual.
- Identificar necesidades de personal y colaborar en el desarrollo de estrategias de reclutamiento.
- Realizar entrevistas estructuradas y evaluar candidatos en función de sus habilidades, experiencia y competencias.
- Colaborar en el proceso de orientación y onboarding para asegurar una integración efectiva de los nuevos empleados.
- Asesorar a los managers en decisiones vinculadas a contratación, movimientos internos y desarrollo.
- Implementar los planes de carrera y de gestión del talento e identificar necesidades de desarrollo y potencial dentro de las áreas asignadas.

- Título universitario en Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Administración de Empresas o áreas afines.

- Así mismo llevará a cabo la gestión y planificación presupuestaria tanto de programas como de plantilla.
- En coordinación con los roles expertos corporativos y la Dirección de RRHH, realizará seguimiento de las relaciones laborales, reducir los riesgos legales y asegurar el cumplimiento de legislación laboral aplicable, y coordinará los procesos de selección internos y externos para encontrar el mejor encaje persona-puesto.
- Formación superior: Psicología, ADE, Derecho, Relaciones Laborales. (se pueden valorar otros Grados/estudios).
- Se valorarán conocimientos complementarios en Recursos Humanos
- Imprescindible experiencia en entorno tecnológico (valorable de HIGH TECH).
- Experiencia de 2 años como HRBP con conocimiento práctico de múltiples disciplinas de RRHH
- Valorable Nivel alto de inglés.
- Competencias: Comunicación e influencia, resolución y agilidad, así como orientación al cliente y los resultados, iniciativa y proactividad, empatía y asertividad, capacidad analítica y aprendizaje constante.

Dear Member,
For one of our key international Client, we have an express & exclusive mandate for an Interim HR Director & Social Relation based in Spain.
You will implement a sensitive business & social transformation, develop the social relationship and ensure the HR business continuity. This interim position is based in Madrid and will include various southern European countries.
To qualify for this opportunity, your experience must include 3 key assets : (1) based in Spain, (2) be fluent in both Spanish & English language, (3) expertise in Spanish labour law with a proven track record in social relations management and restructuring contexts.

The Opportunity
Interim HR Director & Social Relations (M/W)
Direct report at HR Group level
Matrix organization, functional relation with Operational & support teams
In coordination with external legal advisors
Your main priorities include
Implement the social transformation in close coordination with the Group, within the Spanish labor laws and HR legal processes
Ensure the HR business à usual continuity by directly managing the local HR team during the transformation phase
Deploy the new organization , to align both the country and the other European countries to the new business strategy
Interim Management mission : based Madrid
Business mobility: within key cities in Spain
Starting date: asap, expected mid January ****
Mission length: 6 months, extensible upon the situation
Transformation : not an option at this stage, purely interim with focus on delivery the HR leadership and social transformation described in the mission scope
Your key skills & profile
Profile
Expert in Spanish social & legal relations
Proven experience in restructuring
Expertise in BtoB sectors such as : specialized distribution, transport, logistics, supply-chain, fleet management, warehousing or equivalent
Strong legal knowledge of labour and social matters
Experience working with Group and local employee representative bodies
Key skills
Hands-on, execution-driven profile with a strong "doer" mindset
Spanish native or fully fluent, fluent business level English
Agile within complex matrix organisations
