Debido al constante crecimiento de nuestra cartera de clientes necesitamos incorporar a un/a técnico administrativo especializado en Administración de Fincas. La persona seleccionada será responsable de la gestión y administración de alquileres, manteniendo una comunicación efectiva con inquilinos y propietarios y asegurando el correcto mantenimiento de los inmuebles.
Funciones Principales:
La persona seleccionada deberá aportar las competencias necesarias para llevar a cabo una gestión integral de las comunidades administradas y realizará las siguientes funciones:
- Atención y comunicación con inquilinos y propietarios.
- Gestión de contratos de alquiler, renovaciones y finalizaciones.
- Coordinación de reparaciones, mantenimiento de inmuebles y reformas.
- Control y seguimiento de pagos y cobros.
- Resolución de incidencias y gestión de reclamaciones.
- Relación con proveedores y aseguradoras, gestión de siniestros con aseguradoras.
- Cumplimiento de normativas legales y administrativas en la gestión de alquileres.
- Tareas administrativas.

Requisitos:
Estamos buscando a una persona dinámica, organizada y resolutiva.
Formación de Grado superior de Administración y Finanzas, ADE, administración de fincas, derecho, economía o similar o experiencia previa de 1 año en administración de fincas, gestión inmobiliaria, gestión de incidencias en comunidades de propietarios o puesto similar.
Idiomas: Castellano, Catalán e Inglés
Se valorará además experiencia en el programas de administración de fincas y para la gestión administrativa y contable.
