The Role ✨
We’re looking for a Head of Data to lead Stuart’s data function and bring our data strategy to life. You’ll own and operationalise a vision where anyone at Stuart can access insights within minutes, teams can experiment and deploy models within days, and data products become a revenue driver. You’ll lead a data organisation comprising data platform engineering, analytics engineering, data science, ML engineering, and analytics.
This is a high-impact high-visibility role.
What will I be doing? 🤔
- Shape and deliver the data strategy:
- Drive our journey towards data self-service and ML-driven business impact
- Own the vision and the strategy of the Data organisation
- Oversee high-quality, impactful delivery
- Supervise execution across data platform, analytics engineering, analytics and data science
- Maximise the contribution of the data organisation towards the company's OKRs
- Drive Stuart’s data culture:
- Boost data literacy and business metric awareness across the organisation
- Operationalise self-serve capabilities and reduce reliance on central teams
- Implement governance processes for data ownership, documentation, and quality
- Represent the data function in company leadership forums
- Lead and grow a high-performing team:
- Manage a cross-disciplinary team with direct reports across all data specialities
- Coach, retain, and grow talent across levels and specialities
- Establish rituals to enable cross-functional alignment, proactive opportunity identification, and data excellence
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary data teams, with strong expertise in data science, in fast-paced tech environments
- Strong track record of setting and operationalising data strategies in fast-paced tech environments
- Proven ability to lead change at company level
- Outstanding English communication skills with the ability to align executives, demystify complex topics, and inspire teams

Job Description
The Data Analyst will support the company by providing data services and insights that sustain M3’s market research business.
