THE ROLE
Within this internship you will have the opportunity to work within the largest R&D function of a global, award winning, cloud applications company. You will be immersed in an exciting agile environment.
Our R&D Organisation consists of a number of key areas. We have Software Development teams who build new features and fix issues; a Development Operations team who manage all of the infrastructure that supports our development processes and also teams that specialise in Research, Architecture, Quality & Security.
The role will involve working in one or more of these teams, learning about how they work, and making contributions to their goals and objectives. You will be exposed to advanced software development processes defined by Lean and Agile methodologies. These involve strong emphasis on quality and continuous test automation and delivery.
You will be supported by your fellow team members and there will be a lot of learning as well as the assignment and completion of tasks with small to medium levels of complexity. These may require software coding in various languages, penetration testing, architectural and design reviews of upcoming developments, maintenance and implementation of security tools, liaising with third parties, and supporting the Research and Development teams with solid guidance around security matters.
What You Will Do In This Role
Responsibilities will include some or all of the following:
- Developing software code to produce new system features
- Fixing software issues reported by customers or detected internally

- Using a framework of published standards and practices within the company

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?
- Elaboración de un Plan Anual de Marketing alineado con la estrategia comercial y con el Plan Anual de Desarrollo de Negocio, que incorpore la definición de objetivos y su seguimiento periódico.
- Marketing de contenidos y comunicación: Creación de contenidos estratégicos internos y externos (blogs, newsletter interna, posts LinkedIn, notas de prensa, casos de éxito) alineados con el posicionamiento de Tigloo, así como de materiales comerciales, propuestas de valor y presentaciones de apoyo a los equipos comerciales.
- Generación de demanda: Planificación y ejecución de campañas y eventos orientadas a captación de leads cualificados (ABM, email marketing, eventos físicos/online, inbound marketing...) apoyándose para ello en la solución de CRM de Tigloo.
- Gestión de imagen pública: traccionar y dinamizar al equipo de Tigloo para su presencia en medios, redes sociales y eventos, incluyendo gestión de entrevistas, artículos y ponencias; así como la gestión proactiva de la web e intranet de Tigloo: supervisión del mantenimiento, actualización de contenidos y optimización SEO básico.

¿Qué consideramos necesario?

We're looking for an individual who is currently enrolled in, or has recently graduated (within the last 12 months) from an undergraduate or postgraduate university degree program in Product Design, UX Design, Interaction Design or a related field. Work experience is a plus but not a must.

- Be paired with and mentored by one of our Senior Product Designers who, together with your line manager and other design leaders will be supporting and guiding you towards becoming an exceptional Product Designer.
- Be part of a team working on solving exciting design challenges in a cloud-based enterprise software.
- Work with our established and awarded Redwood Design System , whilst contributing towards its continuous evolution.
- Receive support and work with a wide range of disciplines and subject matter experts such as researchers, content designers, visual designers, product managers, software engineers and others.
- Learn to present compelling design solutions and effectively communicate your design process and decisions.
- Maintain an engaging, positive and productive collaborative environment when interacting with other designers, engineers, product managers and others.
- Take into account and understand user needs, business requirements and technical constraints - and work towards striking the best balance between these.
- Always apply critical thinking and aim to deeply understand the challenges and problems you are designing for.
- Continuously strive to learn and better you skillset and design craft.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in software design, industry standards, changes, and trends in UX/Product Design.
- Become confident in advocating for user-centred design across multi-disciplinary teams.
