We are a leading international engineering company seeking an Architect to collaborate in the tendering, design and implementation of high engineering value electromechanical projects.

Job duties will vary depending on the stage of the project: tender stage, basic engineering, detailed engineering, procurement, construction:

• Collaborate in the Architectural and Life & Safety design of projects and preparation of project specifications/documentation
• Produce AutoCAD drawings for engineering design and reports
• Guide and supervise the BIM Modelers in the generation of Revit models from the architectural concept design and 2D drawings
• Technical and commercial study of projects at tender stage. Preparation of technical and commercial bids
• Assist in reviewing project documentation during construction stage, such as material submittals, method of statements, shop drawings,…

Minimum requirements:

• Experience in architectural design of spaces for business/industrial/utility buildings
• Experience in Life & Safety design based on NFPA or equivalent standards, focused in the definition of occupancies, spaces, means of egress and passive fire protection
• Experience in massing and façade design
• Experience preparing and reading Architectural drawings
• Languages: fluent in English
• Software: Drawing: proficient on AutoCAD 2D
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
