As a Recruitment Consultant with Archer, you’ll be supported by experienced colleagues and a leadership team dedicated to your growth. Every day brings new opportunities to refine your skills and take on exciting challenges, including:

Who we’re looking for:
- Have progressed in your hospitality, hotel, F&B or guest services career (Front Office Supervisor, Guest Relations Officer, VIP Concierge, Event Coordinator, Banqueting Supervisor, Food & Beverage Supervisor, Restaurant Supervisor, Reservations Supervisor, or similar roles)
- Are confident with people, calm under pressure, and love taking ownership of outcomes
- Want to transition into a long-term, growth-focused career with real progression
- Speak fluent English and are already based in Malta or willing to relocate
- Are ready to start a new chapter - one where your success is measured, rewarded, and in your hands
Your Earnings, Your Challenge
Think you’re ready to push yourself and be rewarded like never before? With a base salary plus uncapped commission, your results determine your rewards. Average performers earn €35K+ in year one, €55K+ in year two, while top performers smash €80K+. The question is: how far are you willing to go?
