Overview

Arditecnica is seeking a Pre-Construction Project Manager to lead the development of data center and infrastructure projects. The role involves coordinating all Preconstruction activities, managing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high technical and organizational performance.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Preconstruction tasks: Due Diligence, ECI, Schedule Evaluation, Constructability, Design Coordination, Tendering, and Handover to Construction.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and manage document control.
• Prepare Monthly Progress Reports, meeting minutes, Risk Registers, and other required deliverables.
• Coordinate design reviews and value engineering initiatives.
• Compile and deliver full project handover documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture or similar.
• Experience in Project or Construction Management.
• Experience in data centers, industrial/logistics projects, or high-tech facilities.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
