Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Area Manager to lead retail performance across the Andalucía, based around Sevilla. You’ll be responsible for commercial results, site standards, and safe day-to-day operations across multiple locations, working closely with operators/partners and internal BP teams.

What you’ll do

• Own results for your territory: sales performance, service levels, and site standards.
• Visit sites regularly, spot issues early, and fix them fast.
• Manage relationships with operators/partners and make sure expectations are clear.
• Mentor site teams and support managers with practical coaching, goals, and follow-up.
• Use customer and sales data to decide what to improve and where to focus your time.
• Keep sites compliant with BP standards and local requirements (especially safety and operational standards).
• Work with internal teams to remove blockers and keep performance on track.
• Support commercial discussions with partners/suppliers when needed (terms, agreements, performance).
• Share updates clearly: what’s working, what isn’t, and what support you need.
  
  

What you need

• Experience managing multiple retail sites (Area Manager or similar).
• Proven results improving sales and operational performance.
• Strong people leadership: coaching, performance conversations, and training follow-through.
• Comfortable working with numbers (sales, margin, customer/service metrics).
• Solid communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent Spanish and English (spoken and written).
