Working in collaboration with a global manufacturing and sales company of premium tires, we are seeking a Business/Pricing Analyst to join their team in Spain.

Support the growth of key accounts through data-driven, profitable strategies, combining a strong commercial mindset with sharp analytical thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends and customer performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account performance analyses.
• Develop growth strategies for key accounts, aligned with company objectives and long-term profitability.
• Understand customer needs and expectations to deliver tailored, value-adding solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service, Finance, etc.) to ensure efficient service delivery and smooth execution.
• Identify risks within client relationships and propose mitigation plans to prevent or resolve issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluent English is required.
• Experience/knowledge of the automotive or tire industry is a strong plus.
• Flexible, proactive, and able to perform under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Solid IT skills, especially Excel.
