We are seeking a R&D Manager and Lab Manager (50%) to support the coordination, financial management, dissemination activities, and daily laboratory operations of a nationally research consortium.

Possibility to transition to a full-time position based on demonstrated performance and skills.

Main Responsibilities

Project Management

Manage the project at national and EU level

Identify and support funding opportunities

Monitoring & Dissemination

Track members and activities (Quadrivium platform)

Monitor scientific milestones and objectives

Organize events and outreach activities

Manage communication and dissemination

Handle invoices, payroll coordination, contracts, and documentation

Prepare financial justifications of project expenses

Support presentation and dissemination of research results

Laboratory Management

Oversee daily lab operations

Maintain equipment and supplies

Coordinate with vendors and core facilities

Requirements

Degree in Life Sciences or related field

Experience in research project management (national/EU projects)

Experience with financial reporting and administrative procedures

Strong organizational skills

Fluency in Spanish and English
