Job Description:

Enfinity Global is seeking a Communications Trainee to support the Communication & Brand department in implementing internal and external communications strategies across all countries where we operate. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and design skills, high proactivity, and a solution-oriented mindset, thriving in a dynamic environment with expansive growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Communication:

• Create content for internal communication channels (newsletters, flash info, internal social network)
• Support the organization of internal events, campaigns, and actions to promote employee engagement
• Assist in writing, correcting, and revising texts
• Produce and edit internal communication videos
• Create content for various tech devices (e.g., TV screens, computers, tablets, smartphones) used in the office
• Support with the design of Power Point Presentations

Digital Communication:

• Support design and business communications
• Assist in digital communications efforts
  
  

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Corporate Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Audiovisual Communications, or Journalism (Master's preferred)

• Language: Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Spanish is recommended for the Madrid office
• Experience: Previous experience in a Communications department or Communication Consultancies
  

Skills:

• Organized and meticulous
• Skills in using different graphic design tools
• Ability to manage and track multiple priorities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Desirable experience with social media management
• Interest in renewable energy
