Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager located in the Greater Madrid Metropolitan Area. The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, including hospitality and front of house support, managing office vendors and services , responsible for office budget and H&S and ensuring efficient office administration. Collaboration with various teams will also be an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams, stakeholders and external partners
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks to ensure seamless operations
• Knowledge and experience in managing and troubleshooting office equipment
• Excellent Customer Service skills to maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
• Organisational skills and a detail-orientated approach to handling multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Proficiency in common office software applications and G-suite
• Relevant experience in a similar administrative or office management role
