Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional for a temporary position as QA & Sustainability Coordinator EMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing the regional Food Safety and Quality System. You will ensure alignment with corporate, legal, and third-party standards, manage co-packers and multi-country suppliers, handle the EMEA complaints system, and support KPI reporting and QA programs.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor compliance of the Internal Quality System with regulatory standards and third-party schemes (e.g., BRC, IFS, AIB, HACCP, HALAL, GMP, GOST-R).
- Manage the EMEA-level complaint system: follow up on site responses, analyze trends, and prepare regular reports.
- Support proper labeling compliance across sites; review and approve co-packers’ specifications, and identify potential labeling errors.
- Evaluate and approve suppliers and co-packers affecting multiple countries, including performing audits and reviewing specifications.
- Assist sites with audit findings (3rd party, regulatory, and corporate), support risk assessments, and ensure updates of the EMEA Food Safety System in line with legislation and certification requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (e.g., Veterinary, Chemistry, Biology, or similar).
- Master’s degree in Food Safety, Quality Systems, or related field is highly valued.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to work across multiple teams and countries.
