✨ Your Role:
- Attract and source high-quality candidates through a variety of channels.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for every level of positions.
- Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including employer branding initiatives.
- Work with hiring managers to develop eective job descriptions that accurately explain functions and qualications for individual roles, as well as dene the target candidate prole.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in all recruitment eorts to build a diverse workforce.
- Communicate feedback effectively to applicants.
- Support employer branding initiatives as required.
- Participate in talent acquisition and other people department projects to improve people KPIs such as employee satisfaction, turnover rate, retention of talents, dismissal rate, average time for recruitment, cost per hire, etc
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
💡 What You’ll Bring:
- Proven recruitment experience, ideally in healthcare or a fast-paced startup.
- Fluency in English or Spanish + any other european language
- Passion for finding and hiring the best talent.
- Expertise in direct sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
