Who We’re Looking For:

• Passion for Recruitment & Talent Development: A genuine interest in people and the talent acquisition process.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
• Organization & Attention to Detail: The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy.
• Tech Savviness: Comfortable navigating recruitment tools and platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS systems (training provided).

What You'll Do

• Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
• Assisting with crafting compelling job descriptions, postings, and social media content to attract diverse talent.
• Managing candidate relationships by coordinating interviews, providing timely feedback, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
• Maintaining accurate records and managing data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Analyzing recruitment metrics and market trends to help optimize hiring strategies.
• Supporting projects focused on process improvement and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
