We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Strategy Assistant (within the V.I.E program) to join our newly formed Merchandising Strategy Department.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of our merchandising strategy on a global scale. The intern will play a key role in supporting the creation of compelling and visually engaging presentations for both the Executive Committee and our various market teams. This includes building timelines and coordinating key dates.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the development of presentations to communicate the merchandising strategy to the Executive Committee and market teams.
- Ensure presentations are clear, concise, and visually impactful.
- Develop and maintain detailed project timelines for key strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate key dates and deadlines across different teams.
- Support the team with ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure alignment.
PROFILE:
Please note this opportunity refers to a V.I.E contract-type (Volunteering International in Enterprise), which is an initiative that enables businesses operating under French law to offer talented young people the opportunity to complete a secure professional assignment.
Before applying, please ensure that you meet the V.I.E criteria set by Business France.
This V.I.E. Contract is a 12 months assignment, and may be renewable once up to 12 additional months. The V.I.E is set to start in January 2026.
The mission being based in Madrid (Spain), the program is therefore not open to Spanish citizen.
- Master’s degree as Engineer or equivalent
- Excellent PowerPoint skills and a strong understanding of visual communication principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent synthesis and analytical skills with the ability to summarize complex information.
- Fluency in English is essential, Spanish will be a plus
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
