Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technician at Marioff, based in Madrid. The Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the HI-FOG water mist fire protection systems both on-site and remotely. The role involves conducting inspections, providing technical support to clients, ensuring systems comply with safety standards, and maintaining accurate documentation. Occasional remote work can be accommodated as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technical equipment and systems
• Understanding of fire protection systems or other specialized safety technologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for technical support and system diagnostics
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members
• Relevant certifications or vocational training in technical systems, electrical, or mechanical engineering
• Proficiency in using IT tools for documentation and system analyses
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks both on-site and remotely
• Prior experience in fire protection or safety industries is an advantage
• Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred
