¿Dónde vas a trabajar?
Multinational leader in the luxury cosmetics sector is looking for an Accounts Payable (AP) Manager with at least 6-8 years of experience in a Multinational companies. Experience managing large teams is a must since in this project you are going to lead a team of 12 people. High English level in essential. SSC experience highly valued. We are looking for someone very focused on improving processes and procedures.
Descripción
- Performance: Ensures that AP KPI's are monitored, reaching the Group Targets. Actions proposal, internal and for countries
- Organize/prioritize and coordinate the AP functions regarding invoice processing, workflows resolution, auditing, ensuring accurate and timely payment processing.
- Drive process standardization and reduce inefficiencies, whilst ensuring the delivery of project roadmap.
- Business partnership in collaboration with countries and ensure priorities alignments, local & SSC speaking the same language & convert our expertise into insights.
- Review and comment on AP aging.
- Review AP Key Controls.
- Ensure strong segregation of duties and reduce risks of fraud.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of ReadSoft processes and procedures.
- Ensures all month end reporting and processes are completed accurately and timely.
- Ensures proper maintenance, filing, and storage of records in case of audits.
- Risks/issues anticipation/scalation to P2P manager.
- Performs other related duties as assigned

- Robust knowledge and experience working in Accounts Payable

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Supply Chain.
- 6-8 years of accounts payable experience required.
- At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Experience working in a shared service center or financial services industry preferred.
- Must possess strong problem solving and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- SAP or similar big ERP experience
- Lean Experience
- Spanish proficiency high and English proficiency high
