• Develop, design and deliver innovative and high-quality menus
• Manage, motivate and develop a high performing kitchen team
• Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
• Monitor and control stock levels and food waste
• Ensure consistent and smooth running of food production
• Implement and drive change when required
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and key stakeholders
• Continuously push culinary boundaries and contribute to industry trends

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

A successful Executive Chef should have:

• Formal culinary training
• Experience in a similar role within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry
• Proven track record of menu development
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
• Knowledge of various cuisines and modern cooking techniques
• Excellent communication skills
