The ideal candidate will have around 5-10 years of total experience, with minimum 3-5 years in FP&A/ Business Controlling in a multinational group. Experience in manufacturing/ engineering sector will be a plus. Experience in HQ/ Regional HQ/ Cluster will be very desirable. Experience managing countries or business units is highly valued. Descripción
Reporting to the Group Head of FP&A, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following responsibilities:
- Support the Head of FP&A and Head Group Controller by delivering comprehensive, complete, and timely financial information for the purpose of business management and decision making.
- Enhance and develop new reports in Tagetik and drive BI tool solutions (QlikSense and Sharepoint) to improve processes and drive automatization.
- Perform month-end closing activities incl. proper financial analysis on actuals vs. budget and prior month forecast.
- Ensure timely submission of legal entities reporting packages and according to Group standards. Support entities in reporting related issues.
- Be the Group's point of contact for reporting matters in Tagetik and provide training to legal entities worldwide.
- Actively support in the Budgeting and Forecasting processes.
- Perform various ad-hoc reporting requests to ease group financials understanding.
- Monitor and control HQ Cost Centers and CAPEX spending.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting, Finance or Controlling.
- The ideal candidate will have around 5-10 years of total experience, with minimum 3-5 years in FP&A/ Business Controlling in a multinational group, preferably in HQ/ Regional HQ/ Cluster, or similar.
- Experience in the manufacturing/ engineering sector will be a plus.
- Previous Big 4 experience will be a plus.
- Experience working with Consolidation & Reporting tools as Hyperion, SAP BPC, or similar, is a must.
- Experience managing countries or business units is highly valued.
- Advanced financial modelling skills (Excel) and strong knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP (FI/CO modules) and business application tools will be a plus.
- Good knowledge of Tagetik, QlikView / Qliksense, Power BI, or similar reporting applications, with experience in report building, will be a plus.
- Excellent English level (written and spoken) is a must.
- Analytically strong person with high energy to drive for result.
- Strong problem solving and ability to prioritize responsibilities, tasks and processes.
- A flexible and adaptive team player with a positive attitude.
