¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

• Overseeing project management practices within the company(electronical bank, payments..)
• Facilitating the successful delivery of key initiatives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Implementing and maintaining PMO processes and policies.
• Monitoring project progress and reporting key metrics to stakeholders.
• Managing resources and budget for projects.
• Identifying potential project risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Providing guidance and support to project teams.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

A successful PMO should have:

• A strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive approach, with the ability to identify potential issues and propose solutions.
• Proficiency in project management software.
