As an Internship Salesforce Consultant, you'll join an experienced team and support real-world projects while learning how to configure, analyze, and collaborate in a professional Salesforce environment.

This role is designed for people who are curious, eager to learn, and motivated to build hands-on experience while working toward Salesforce certifications.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the team in the execution of Salesforce and CRM-related projects.
• Assist in gathering requirements and documenting functional needs under the guidance of senior consultants.
• Contribute to training sessions, workshops, and client meetings (on-site or remote).
• Help troubleshoot issues by collecting information and supporting senior colleagues in problem resolution.
• Assist with basic configuration tasks, reports, dashboards, and simple automations following established guidelines.
• Learn quickly, gaining familiarity with Salesforce and other tools across our ecosystem.
• Work toward obtaining relevant Salesforce credentials as part of your training path.
  
  

What You Bring

• Studies in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, with eligibility to sign a 3-month internship agreement.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Basic understanding of Salesforce or other CRM tools (a plus, not a requirement).
• Any introductory Salesforce credential is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
