As Talent Acquisition Trainee in the P&O team for Sandoz Iberia, you'll have a direct impact in providing the company with the best talent!

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Direct involvement in the Talent Acquisition function.
- Publishing job offers.
- CV screening.
- Telephone & online screenings.
- Support in interviews.
- Act as back up for TA Partners when needed.
- Support in managing Global mobility onboarding processes.
- Support in various activities in the P&O area.
- University education related to Human Resources like psychology, labor relations, business administration or similar.
- Currently studying a master's degree related to HR will be positively valued.
- MUST HAVE: Possibility of generating an internship agreement (12 months) with your university or school.
- Native / C2 Spanish mandatory. Fluent English C1 - C2 is a must.
- Use of Office 365 Suite office tools (Excel and Power Point).
- Workday knowledge desirable
- We are looking for a person with a high capacity for learning, planning and autonomy.
- Internship Duration: 12 months.

- Flexible Schedule: from Monday to Thursday from 8:00-9:30 to 17:30-19:00, on Fridays from 8:00-9:30 to 14:00-15:30.
- Summer Schedule during the months of July and August (from Monday to Friday from 8:00-9:30 to 14:00-15:30)
