ROLE
Our client is seeking a tech-savvy, organized, and resilient Project Manager to oversee multiple telecommunications projects. The ideal candidate will manage up to 25 concurrent projects from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals through structured, methodology-based project management.
Responsibilities
- Manage up to 25 telecom-related projects end-to-end
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets
- Develop project plans and work breakdown structures
- Coordinate stakeholders and maintain transparent communication
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve blockers
- Prepare executive updates and status reports
- Collaborate with technology departments to integrate initiatives
- Ensure documentation through Google and Atlassian tools
- Support automation and process improvements within IT tools
- Maintain compliance with company processes and security protocols
- Performance & Market Analysis: Evaluate carrier performance, monitor market trends, and identify opportunities for strategic improvement.
- Process Optimization: Ensure smooth end-to-end management of carrier partnerships, from onboarding to contract renewal, minimizing operational inefficiencies.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages a plus)
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Lean, PRINCE2, PMI)
- Familiarity with mobile telecommunications technologies and business practices (SLAs, KPIs, regulations, cybersecurity)
- Hands-on experience with tools: Google Workspace, O365, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, ITSM systems (Zendesk, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps)
- Relevant certifications in project management and/or technology preferred
- Degree in Technology, Engineering, or related field desirable

- Remote-first role with flexible hours (08:00–19:00 local time). For the managerial role, it is required to be Senior employees and/or with responsibility over teams (managers) should be available Online/phone (24x7x365) to support the colleagues' knowledge, only if requests are short, non-intrusive, reasonable, justified and occasional, even more if the knowledge is exclusive and there is no reasonable documentation. For all employees and outside night hours, it may be reasonable to request early morning or late afternoon/evening availability to fulfil one’s responsibilities in a timely manner that accommodates better to the company needs. Occasionally such availability is also required for properly scheduled work or meetings.
