Position overview:

This role will be responsible to support creating content plans for SkyShowtime in Spain and Portugal. We aim to drive customer engagement, value, and deliver our customers an unbeatable customer experience via the user interface homepages across SkyShowtime apps and website. We achieve this by serving the right content to the right customer with more of the content they love.

Key responsibilities:

• Support with building clear and compelling content plans for all merchandised areas of our D2C operations in Iberia (Spain, Andorra and Portugal). To optimally engage the Spanish and Portuguese customers, you will oversee merchandising efforts that embrace a local approach. You will need to work with both long-term and short-term deadlines and flexibly respond to changes.
• Additionally, you will work with key data and metrics to drive research forward and collect insight for the Spanish market to inform curation and the editorial experience. You will be working in a data-driven and customer centric manner.
• To execute the merchandising strategy, you will be coordinating with our content schedulers within the content and editorial team to have full visibility on the content slate. You will also manage relationships with internal teams such as Marketing, PR, Product on both a global and a local level.
• Oversee editorial planning for Media partners. Support with managing the editorial offering of SkyShowtime content across various media partners. To deliver a compelling strategy you will need to manage the relationship with these partners on a weekly basis to ensure the editorial strategy is flawlessly executed.
• Be an excellent communicator. You will be collaborating across various departments and international markets and should possess excellent stakeholder management.

What you'll bring:

• Demonstrable experience in creating effective merchandised content editorial plans.
• Relevant experience gained in TV/SVOD marketplace.
• Data driven and customer/user centric. Significant experience in analysing and applying data to drive planning and editorial decision-making.
• Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills within an international environment.
• Positive and flexible attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and respond to changes and last-minute requests.
• Fluent in English and Spanish / Portuguese is required. Additional European languages are a plus.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
