Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and proactive HR Intern to join our People team, with a focus on People Operations and Employee Relations. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, supporting day-to-day operations while contributing to employee experience initiatives in a dynamic, fast-growing tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience.
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
- Help coordinate internal HR communications and documentation (contracts, policies, etc.).
- Support the administration of benefits, leaves, and employee requests.
- Collaborate on internal initiatives to promote engagement, culture, and employee well-being.
- Participate in employee relations cases and follow-up, under guidance from the team.
- Help prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics and KPIs.
- Work closely with the wider People team to support ad-hoc projects and process improvements.
- A Bachelor’s degree (or currently studying) in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Relations, or a related field.
- A strong interest in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and workplace culture.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).
- A proactive, empathetic, and people-first mindset.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with HR software tools or platforms (e.g., Factorial, BambooHR) is a plus
