Tradition is currently seeking to appoint a Junior Reporting Analyst to be based within the Madrid office.

Main responsibilities within the Junior Reporting Analyst position include:

• Assist day to day activities of the MiFID II Transaction and Transparency reporting for Tradition entities
• Assist the team with reconciliations
• Assist with queries from internal and external stakeholders
• Uploading Broker details onto the relevant platforms and external vendor platforms for management
• Assist the team with UAT testing for MiFID II reporting changes
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• The ability to work autonomously.
• Help ensure regulatory updates are shared in a timely manor
• Assist with regular MiFID monitoring reviews, analysis and reporting
• To assist with processes and procedures and contribute to the development
• Ability to apply technical knowledge

Key skills, experience and competencies required to be successful in this role:

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate across the firm
• Strong Data consolidation/ manipulation experience through Excel.
• Ability to produce and interpret analysis
• Knowledge of MiFID regulations.
