Founding Account Executive – Spain (Sales & Customer Success)

At TRATO, we’re on a mission to make contract management simple, smart, and scalable. Our AI-powered SaaS platform is helping companies gain total control over their legal agreements. After rapid growth in LATAM, we’re expanding into Spain — and we’re looking for our first local hire to represent TRATO in this new market.


This isn’t just another sales role: as our Founding Account Executive (Spain), you’ll be the face of TRATO for inbound prospects, running product demos, guiding onboarding, and making sure clients get immediate value from our platform.


What you’ll do


  • Run engaging demos of TRATO for inbound leads (video calls, webinars, and occasional in-person).
  • Be the first point of contact for Spanish inbound inquiries (chat, email, LinkedIn).
  • Convert interest into adoption by highlighting real business value.
  • Support client onboarding, ensuring a smooth start with TRATO.
  • Share client insights with our global team to shape product and go-to-market.
  • Hit client acquisition targets and grow your earnings with progressive bonuses.


What we’re looking for


  • Native/fluent Spanish speaker; English is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills — you can simplify tech.
  • Comfortable with SaaS demos and building trust with prospects.
  • A proactive, self-motivated person who thrives in a startup setting.
  • Previous sales or customer success experience is welcome, but not required.

  • Starting salary: Spanish minimum wage.
  • Progressive bonuses:
  • 🎯 5 clients/month → unlock bonus
  • 🎯 10 clients/month → bigger bonus
  • 🎯 15+ clients/month → highest bonus + commissions
  • Career growth: Founding role → path to Sales Lead or Customer Success Manager in Spain.
  • Work directly with the CEO and international team.
