Role
You’ll play a central role in supporting company growth, motivation and the wellbeing of colleagues across all locations — from our HQ in Spain to international offices. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the President, CMO and other C‑levels and Directors, you’ll help keep teams motivated, connected and operating at their best.

- Data‑driven HR: build and interpret reports/dashboards (headcount, turnover, absenteeism).

What you’ll do
- Support end‑to‑end recruitment.
- Screen CVs, classify applications, coordinate interviews and maintain candidate databases.
- Contact candidates, conduct phone and first‑round interviews.
- Coordinate new‑hire welcome, onboarding and offboarding.
- Manage daily HR admin across the employee lifecycle and ensure HR systems data is accurate.
- Document management: digital/physical filing, contracts and addenda.
- Support promotions and related administrative updates.
- Assist with benefits programmes and payroll coordination.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards; support audits by organizing documentation.
- Implement Occupational Risk Prevention (Health & Safety) policy.
- Coordinate travel bookings (flights, hotels) and manage office supplies, maintenance and cleaning staff.
- Manage inventories, purchase orders and supplier relationships.
Who you should be? — skills, traits & experience
- Language skills: fluent in English and Spanish (both spoken and written, both C1 or Native); other languages a plus. The interview will be in English.
