Launched in 2020, we started by opening our first physical store in the heart of Madrid. The store is an 8 floor and 5.500 sqm building located at the city center in Gran Via, 18. Now we have made a strategic decision: to stay with the commercial artery of the capital by opening soon our second store, a 9 floor building located at Serrano 52.

If there is one thing that was plain to us from the beginning, it was that our success depends on our people and that is why since the start we have worked to define our values, values that are present in everything we do: customer focus, “all for one”, passion and integrity. WOW is a brand new company, yet full of great, agile, and enthusiastic professionals who drive it as a team in a single direction: to revolutionize retail.

Mission:

• Perform maintenance of all equipment, facilities and auxiliary services, mainly electricity and air conditioning.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance or necessary repairs.
• Supervise and control the contractors present.
• Ensure the maintenance of the building.
• Analyze breakdowns and major incidents.
• Ensure availability of spare parts.
• Set deadlines, budgets, risk analysis of any maintenance.
• Opening hours: L-V / M-S from 9.00 to 18.00.
