We are looking for a highly organized and service-minded General Manager to oversee the operation of a luxury private property in Barcelona.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the residence is maintained to impeccable standards year-round, coordinating all vendors and seasonal staff, and delivering a seamless guest experience during the summer months of use.
You will collaborate closely with the property owners, the family office, and trusted service providers to manage budgets, oversee maintenance schedules, and guarantee that every detail — from security and compliance to hospitality and presentation — reflects the highest level of quality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all maintenance and service activities to ensure the property remains in pristine condition year-round
- Build and manage seasonal operational plans for periods of guest use (summer season) and off-season care
- Develop and control the annual budget, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses, vendor contracts, and service quality
- Lead and supervise external vendors and seasonal staff (cleaning, gardening, pool, catering, security) to guarantee consistent high standards
- Support guest stays by preparing the property before arrival, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and responding to any urgent needs
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations, permits, and safety requirements
- Provide regular reporting to ownership and proactively suggest improvements to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and guest experience
- Proven experience as a General Manager, Estate Manager, or in senior operations roles within luxury hospitality, property, or private residences (+3 Years)
- Strong technical understanding of property maintenance, vendor management, and facility operations
- Excellent organizational and budgeting skills, with the ability to manage multi-vendor contracts and seasonal workflows
- High service orientation with a discreet, professional, and guest-focused mindset
- Strong communication skills in Spanish and English (Catalan is a plus)
- Ability to work independently, solve problems under pressure, and anticipate owner and guest needs
- Familiarity with local compliance requirements, safety regulations, and contractor oversight in Spain

Entre tus funciones:

2.Reactivar al club de fidelidad las empresas que se encuentren en la base de datos sin movimientos, promocionando los distintos productos y servicios con el fin de que vuelvan a activarse y se mantengan en la cartera.
3.Negociar y vender los espacios publicitarios de la revista, así como los diversos packs de MK según el tarifario establecido.
4. Controlar los contratos formalizados telemáticamente de afiliación, publicidad y los contratos de financiación para que se encuentren debidamente firmados y completos con su documentación al día.
5.Gestionar las publicidades de las Empresas Asociadas, consiguiendo las conformidades de ellas, y entregar a tiempo los artes al área de diseño para su inclusión en publicaciones.
6.Atender, gestionar y dar solución a las incidencias que se presenten entre la financiera, la empresa asociada y su clientela, buscando la satisfacción de las partes.
Requisitos
Formación relacionada con ventas, negociación y/o atención al cliente
Conocimiento de paquete office a nivel usuario
Experiencia de al menos 6 meses en labor comercial con empresas
Imprescindible coche propio para realizar visitas en la zona asignada

Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Venture Associate (Longevity). The Venture Associate will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities in the longevity sector, conducting thorough due diligence, and supporting portfolio companies with strategic guidance and operational support. Day-to-day tasks include market research, financial analysis, preparing investment memos, attending industry events, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in market research, financial analysis, and preparing investment memos
- Strong understanding of the longevity sector, including scientific and technological advancements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and remotely, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Solid understanding of and background in both biology / medicine and finance / venture capital
- Experience in venture capital, investment banking, or a related field is a plus
