We are looking for motivated interns to join our Legal Department! 

As Legal Intern you will…

• Assistance in advising the company on advertising matters for all types of promotions.
• Assistance with the Criminal Risk Prevention Model and general compliance matters.
• Coordination and management of matters related to intellectual property.
• Coordination and management of matters related to data protection.
• Preparation and delivery of all types of training for the company.
• Management and preparation of corporate documents (minutes, certifications, etc.).
• Coordination of procedures for signing before a notary and with public registries: notarial certification of corporate agreements and contracts, granting and revocation of powers of attorney, etc.
  
  
  

You might be the one we are looking for if… 

• You are a student/ recent graduate of Law or equivalent and, ideally, you have the Master’s in legal practice.
• You have already completed an internship in the past, ideally in the FMCG sector, it will be highly valued.
• You are recognized for your efficiency and autonomy.
• You have a vocation for law
• You are fluent in Spanish and English

IRB Barcelona is looking for young undergraduate students enroled in local universities who wish to carry out a research project at the institute from September **** to July ****.

The selected students will work with IRB Barcelona scientists on diverse topics addressed by the research groups at the institute.

The students will be mentored by a senior researcher and will also have the opportunity to participate in the activities undertaken at the institute during their stay.

Students should show a strong interest in the fields of biology, biomedicine, chemistry, physics, pharmacy, structural biology, computational sciences, or other related areas.

Students will spend up to 20 h per week in an IRB Barcelona lab during the last year of their undergraduate studies, upon agreement with the project supervisor at the institute.
