Marketing & Operations Coordinator (Part-Time – 20 Hours per Week)
Brunch Club is one of Madrid's leading brunch destinations, serving high-quality food, specialty coffee, and innovative drinks in a welcoming environment. We are looking for a proactive, organised, and creative Marketing & Operations Coordinator to help support the continued growth of the business across both our cafés and online presence.
The Role
This is a varied position combining marketing, content creation, administration, procurement, and operational support. The successful candidate will help strengthen our brand, improve our online visibility, and support the day-to-day management of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Content
* Create and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
* Assist with photography, video creation, and content planning.
* Monitor social media engagement and respond to customer enquiries when required.
* Research food, beverage, and hospitality trends.
* Coordinate promotional campaigns and special events.
* Work with management to develop marketing strategies and seasonal initiatives.
SEO & Website
* Write and publish blog articles to improve Google rankings and increase organic traffic.
* Research trending search terms related to brunch, coffee, hospitality, and food & beverage trends.
* Update website content, menus, and promotions as required.
* Assist with local SEO initiatives and Google Business Profile management.
* Monitor website performance and search visibility.
Operations, Administration & Business Support
* Maintain and organise business documents, reports, and databases.
* Update and maintain the product costing database, ensuring ingredient and menu costs remain accurate.
* Monitor competitor pricing, menu trends, and market positioning.
* Assist with staff scheduling and rota planning.
* Support inventory reporting and supplier management.
* Coordinate the procurement of branded merchandise, uniforms, takeaway cups, packaging, and promotional materials.
* Obtain quotes from suppliers and manage purchasing processes.
* Assist with customer databases, reservations, and general enquiries.
* Support the preparation of business reports and performance analysis.
* Provide general administrative and operational support to the management team.
Requirements
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Good level of Spanish.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
* Experience with social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
* Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
* Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data.
* Interest in food, coffee, hospitality, and digital marketing.
Desirable Skills
* Experience in hospitality, retail, or food & beverage businesses.
* Knowledge of SEO and WordPress.
* Photography and video editing skills.
* Experience with Google Analytics and Google Business Profile.
* Experience with product costing, purchasing, or procurement.
* Understanding of scheduling and workforce planning.
