Let’s shape the future of wealth management together. We are seeking a passionate Tableau Developer to join our Data Visualization Competence Center. This role requires Tableau dashboard development with platform site administration responsibilities. The candidate will manage the Tableau platform day-to-day operations, design impactful dashboards, and driver Tableau adoption across the organization by providing trainings and user support.

YOUR CHALLENGE
- Desing, develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations tailored to business needs
- Provide support to BI users, addressing technical issues and offering guidance
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and self-service resources to upskill users at varying proficiency levels
- Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Prep and Site Administration
- SQL knowledge for querying data sources
- Work with agile development methodology, adhering to best practice
- Experience in working with Tableau and SQL is a must.
- Tableau Desktop certification and Tableau Public profile is a plus 
- Experience with Tableau APIs is a plus
- Experience with programming languages (Python, JS, PowerShell) is a plus.
- Experience with Power BI is a plus

YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or related discipline
- Exceptional communication skills to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiples tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused approach to solving problems and driving adoption
- Passion for enabling a data-driven culture and empowering users thought analytics
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solution
