For one of our main customers based in Sant Cugat, Omnitel is looking for a Project Coordinator & Events Planner professional to support the Communications and Corporate Affairs team.

General information

Working hours: 09:00 - 18: 00h / Flexibility (40 hours)

Location: Sant Cugat – Hybrid

Start Date: January 2026

Salary: 28K - 30K

Key responsabilities:

Project coordination:

• Support in the Coordination of internal communication campaigns.
• Support in the Coordination of projects linked to the Site intranet and
• communications channels (NL and TV).

Events planning:

• Support in the organization of site events: celebrations, openings, charity campaigns…
• Support in the different site initiatives: corporate social responsibility campaigns,
• Sports and Leisure Club, Best Place to work, Impact groups, etc.
• Support in external visits and tours.
• Communications department general support

Skills and abilities

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Catalan.
