Overview

Prinova Europe Ltd. is an inclusive employer and a member of myGwork – the LGBTQ+ business community.

This role is internally titled Business Development Associate and supports the commercial team in daily duties, acting as a key liaison with clients and suppliers to enhance the customer service experience.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

Take, confirm and input customer orders

Monitor customers and liaise with commercial, logistics and quality departments

Input purchase orders

Respond to customer queries in a timely manner

Send quality documents to customers and coordinate with the quality team when needed

Send product samples to customers, coordinating with warehouses or handling in the office

Provide price quotes in collaboration with Product Management and collect required information from customers

Assess and categorize leads from tradeshows and events, verify details to identify opportunities, and hand over to sales teams

Log opportunities and quotes in the CRM system

Monitor shipments to customers and maintain high levels of service

Review and manage stock levels for key accounts to ensure contract fulfillment

Produce reports for senior managers

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

Fluency in English is essential; fluency in French is required

Experience in a commercial, sales support, or analytical role

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas); Power BI or similar BI tools is highly desirable

Understanding of CRM and/or ERP systems and their functionalities

Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to support commercial teams

Professional, proactive, and results-driven with strong business acumen

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs
