About the Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our growing team at WiPass.This role is perfect for someone who loves both backend and frontend challenges, enjoys working across the full product lifecycle, and wants to grow with a startup. You’ll collaborate closely with the CTO, Product, and Customer Success teams to build a platform that’s fast, reliable, and easy to use—for our clients and their guests.

Responsibilities

• Build & Maintain Core Features: Develop both backend and frontend components of our web-based platform.
• Collaborate with the CTO: Help define and implement scalable technical solutions that support business growth.
• Work with Design & Product: Bring UX/UI concepts to life and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Improve System Performance: Debug, test, and optimize our infrastructure to ensure a smooth ride for users and clients.
• Third-Party Integrations: Connect with external tools and APIs to expand platform capabilities.
• Agile Contribution: Participate in short development cycles, provide feedback, and help plan upcoming features.

Requirements

• Frontend & Backend Knowledge: Comfortable working across the stack, with solid skills in databases, APIs, and web development best practices.
• Problem Solver: Strong debugging skills and a love for clean, efficient, well-documented code.
• Communication: Able to clearly share ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Tools: Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS, Firebase, or similar).
• Languages: Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Nice to Haves

• Experience in early-stage startups or building MVPs
• Familiarity with authentication flows, GDPR compliance, or network systems
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (Docker, monitoring, deployment pipelines)
• Background in hospitality tech or working with Wi-Fi-based services
• Ability to create simple internal dashboards or client-facing admin tools
• Passion for user experience, automation, and intuitive interfaces
