Description
NPAW is looking for an ambitious intern to join a Global Human Resources Talent Acquisition Team in Barcelona. This internship will provide exercised exposure into passive talent sourcing, talent mapping, project management, and internal hiring processes. The internship will provide a strong foundational knowledge of sourcing, recruiting operations, and internal employee management.
Responsibilities
Find and attract operational and technical profiles (i.e. Developers, Sales, Marketing, Customer Engineers, …) for positions in Barcelona, EU, and US
Use social media networks and professional websites to advertise job openings and look for potential candidates
Work in close collaboration with managers to understand their recruitment needs and find the best candidates for our teams
Source the best talents on the market, review applications, conduct interviews and manage job offers offers and onboardings
You will learn the most effective ways of sourcing talent actively and placing them at NPAW.
Improve NPAW's Employer Branding via job fairs, newsletter and LinkedIn
Support the team in other HR tasks.
Requirements
You can sign an internship agreement with a School or University for at least 6 months.
You are available full-time.
You speak both English and Spanish. Another European language is a plus.
You are driven, organized and like to take initiative.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation will be a huge plus.

The Opportunity

The Function
