Key Responsibilities

THE TEAM

tus funciones
Selección de perfiles IT, búsqueda activa de perfiles, publicación de ofertas de empleo, gestión de plataformas de empleo y bases de datos.
Screening de los candidatos y primer filtro de los CVs recibidos.
Ping telefónicos.
Entrevistas por competencias.
Interacción con negocio para validación de perfiles y consenso de entrevistas.
Reporting de los procesos y seguimiento de indicadores
requisitos del puesto
- Formación: Grado
- Conocimientos: reclutamiento, entrevistas, administración de bases de datos, Gestión de Recursos Humanos
- Experiencia: 1 año
Formación de Grado (recursos humanos, psicología o parecidos)
Experiencia de 1 año en selección de perfiles IT.
Experiencia en búsqueda de perfiles, entrevistas y gestión de plataformas de empleo
